4. Open the Letters folder.
Click the icon to select it, and then choose Open from the File menu. The icon opens into a window.
Note that the Letterhead icon is in the Letters window. (You may need mouse the scroll bar to see the icon.) 5. Practice moving other files and folders.
You can move folders as well as files. And you needn't store everything in a folder—files and folders can also reside in the main directory of a disk, so that their icons are visible in the window corresponding to the disk itself.
(To move a file or folder to the main directory of a disk, simply drag its icon on top of the disk icon.) |
