: : : Similar with WRITING .dsk images BACK to 5.25" floppies, I prefer
: : : using DSK2FILE written by Ron Kneusel.
: I myself don't use the COMMs method for transferring DSK images to REAL 5.25" Apple disks. Instead, I have an ethernet connection from my PC to a MAC and use the Mac to transfer Apple DSK images via localtalk to my IIgs. Once I have the actual disk image (DSK) on the IIgs (or //e) I use ASIMOV 2.0 (IIgs) or ASIMOV 1.3 (8bit) for converting those 5.25" DSK images BACK to real Apple disks. ASIMOV can be found on the ground and ftp sites:
: Ground: ftp://ground.icaen.uiowa.edu
: Asimov: ftp://apple.asimov.net

: I hope this helps.
