What do you do about the suffix .gz? It blocks me from everything on that Apple archive

I can't get a thing from ftp.asimov.net or however that address goes, because all the files end in ".dsk.gz". Now, the .dsk my computer will take, but the .gz part NO emulator seems to take.

It's not a Mac suffix, is it??? I'm on Windows! If so, how do I convert the darn things??? I WANT SOME OF THOSE FILES SO BADLY.
