: Does anyone know where I could find Zork games for download or on disk. I would like to do something with my Apple.

ZorkZero is on Asimov in the /unsorted directory. As for Zork I,II & III - these have been re-released under a "Lost Classics" Infocom title.

And John, do I have to have a certain program running on the Apple IIc+ when I copy files?

Not specifically. The IIc+ is compatible with a large majority of Apple // disk utility software. A few timing sensitive programs might act erratically if you're running at 4MHz instead of 1MHz.

The best disk utility/copying programs for the Apple // are (IMO):

1. Locksmith 6.0
2. Copy II Plus 9.1 (ProDOS, Has 3.5" disk copy)
3. EDD IV
4. Nibbles Away ][

In addition, you can allways use Apple's System Utilities & The ProDOS User's disk. These programs won't handle copy-protected software like the above 4 programs do.
