Why do you want to use a PC mouse ?
You can't use three, let alone two buttons with an Apple // computer. I don't have the docs on hand (it was some years ago when I did this modification). Try looking on Tarnover in the "FAQs and INFO" directory.
BTW, A //e mouse or early Mac Mouse works fine with a //c or IIc+
