To adjust speed you must absolutly use locksmith or any tester and not feeling of course.
Another thing : try to cleanup the head with alcool.
Opearations :
1. remove the two screws of the card
2. remove the card (push to the door)
3. remove the aluminum protect
4.The head is the small black dash on a white ceramic that you can see when you look under the "pusher"
5. clean CAREFUL !!!
6. After you must see a very clean head = a beautiful dash on a beautiful white ceramic
