You can download GS system software freely from Apple.
For Sys 6.0.1 try:
ftp://ftp.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates/English-North_American/Apple_II/
For earlier systems, or 'real floppies', try an Apple user-group (depends upon where you are).
