Find an older Mac that has a hard drive and a 3.5" floppy. On the Mac, to copy from your IIGS (Prodos) floppy to the HDD. Then copy from the HDD to an IBM format floppy. The Mac can handle both formats.
Then copy all of the IBM format floppies to a PC's HDD, then burn your CD.
