It seems that your 2+ is unable to load from disc you put in.
when you turn the machine on, it is set up to boot DOS3.3 from disc,
and then any program which is set to autorun. There is no DOS3.3 in the ROM.
Otherwise it will whirl forever - it's normal.
Now.
Do the same as before. When the machine is back on applesoft - square bracket prompt ] - check if DOS loaded from disc by entering some DOS command: CATALOG
if you get SYNTAX ERROR , make shure you have good apple disc , check disc drive for alingment / dirty heads.
